Automatic Aircraft Box Folding – Corner Labeling – Automatic Cartoning and Sealing Line
Product Introduction
This packaging line realizes automatic folding and forming of airplane boxes, followed by manual (optional robotic arm) box loading and closing. After box closing, it automatically applies three-side corner sealing labels and conveys the boxes to the automatic cartoning machine for automatic cartoning. Then, the boxes are automatically conveyed to the sealing machine for final packaging.
Product Functions
◆ Airplane Box Folding Machine: Automatic feeding and folding of airplane boxes.
◆ Product Loading and Box Closing: Manual (optional robot) loads products into boxes and closes the lids.
◆ Corner Labeling Machine: Automatically applies three-side corner sealing labels to airplane boxes.
◆ Automatic Carton Opening Machine: Automatically opens outer packaging cartons and conveys them to the cartoning machine station.
◆ Automatic Cartoning Machine: Automatically loads product-filled airplane boxes into cartons as required.
◆ Automatic Sealing Machine: After product cartoning, automatically conveys the cartons to the sealing machine for automatic tape sealing.
