Chapter 1: Automatic Packaging Production Line for 3D Printing Consumables
Feature
This fully automatic integrated back-end production line for 3D printing consumables is custom-designed exclusively for spooled filament, instead of simple retrofitting of general-purpose equipment. It realizes full-process automation in one-stop operation, including vacuum bagging for moisture proof, automatic carton unfolding, filling and labeling, case weighing, as well as robotic palletizing.

Automatic weighing inspection + automatic bagging and vacuum pumping: after automatic weighing and inspection, products are conveyed to the bagging module where bags are automatically picked and opened to fully fit the disc wire coil, with stable air extraction by the vacuum pump and adjustable vacuum negative pressure according to different products.

Automatic box opening + box loading + corner labeling + automatic qualified stamping: Flat color boxes are automatically sucked, opened and folded at the bottom for forming; anti-tampering labels are applied at a 90-degree turning position, and QC qualified stamps are affixed online, with visual inspection and alarm for missing labels, skewed labels and missing stamps.

Automatic case packing + whole-line dynamic weighing re-inspection: Boxed consumables are automatically grouped and pushed into outer cartons followed by flap folding and sealing; online weighing is performed after carton sealing to detect underfilling, missing items and overfilling, with defective cartons automatically rejected.

Palletizing Robot for Finished?goods Stacking & Warehousing:Qualified cartons are delivered to the palletizing station. The robot stacks boxes in staggered layers, with automatic stretch?film wrapping after palletizing.
Chapter 2: Automatic Bag Sleeving and Vacuum Sealing Module
Basic functions
Automatic vacuum bag sleeving: The bag storage mechanism automatically picks up and opens the vacuum bag, fully fitting it onto the consumable reel to replace manual bag sleeving.
Automatic Vacuuming & Heat Sealing: The vacuum pump extracts air inside the bag. Once the preset vacuum level is reached, the upper and lower heat sealing modules clamp and seal the bag. The vacuum duration, heat sealing temperature and sealing time can be adjusted independently.
Automatic Desiccant/Oxygen Absorber Dispenser (Optional): Precisely dispenses desiccants into the inner bore of the reel while avoiding the sealing zone. It features counting function and low-material alarm to eliminate missing or excessive placement.
Linked In-line Weighing: Compatible with weight inspection & rejection to intercept defective products and prevent them from entering the vacuum bagging process.

Chapter 3: Automatic Box Opening, Box Sealing and Labeling Module
Basic functions
Automatic Carton Unfolding & Forming: Flat color boxes are grabbed by suction cups, then automatically expanded, folded at the bottom and fully formed.
Automatic Color Box Labeling (Single-sided / Double-sided labeling optional): Applicable for flat box labels, side labels and corner seal labels; capable of detecting missing and skewed labels. In-line real-time print-and-apply labeling is optional.
Simultaneous labeling and stamping: Automatic positioning ensures consistent batch marking, complying with factory audit requirements for key clients and warehousing standards of cross-border e-commerce.

Chapter 4: Automatic Packing, Weighing and Palletizing Module
Basic functions
Automatic Carton Opening, Packing & Sealing Unit: Boxed consumables are conveyed directionally and arranged in aligned groups as per preset packing quantity. Robotic arms or servo pushing devices smoothly load the grouped color boxes into empty outer cartons.
Dynamic Weighing & Rejection Unit: After outer carton sealing, online dynamic weighing proceeds without manual standby. With preset upper and lower weight tolerance limits, the system automatically sorts qualified and defective cartons, and intelligently identifies missing boxes, underfilling, overfilling and omitted consumables.
Automatic Palletizing Unit: The unit grips sealed finished outer cartons and stacks them onto pallets in preset layers, rows and columns. It supports multi-layer and staggered stacking to keep the pallet load stable. A completion signal is triggered after stacking, enabling easy connection with forklifts and stretch wrapping machines.
