Basic Functions
◆Folding fat cardboard boxes (raw material state): Material awaits loading, conveyed to the opening station.
◆Cardboard boxes fully opened and folded at the bottom (standing box state): Automatic opening, bottom hinge closure, and shaping.
◆Empty standing boxes (awaiting flling): Boxes are conveyed to the packing station.
◆Goods are loaded into the boxes (half-full state): Automatic packing, goods are flled to the required level.
◆Goods are flled, box opening is open (awaiting sealing): Box lid hinges are pre-folded, conveyed to the sealing station.
◆Box lid closed + tape sealing (fnished box): Automatic application of transparent tape for sealing, process completed.
◆The front can be connected to cartoning machines, packaging machines, etc., conveying inner packaging materials to the waiting station. The rear can be connected to cardboard box real-time printing and labeling machines, palletizing robots, etc., forming a production line.
