ZX01 Pick-and-Place Case Packer
Product Features
1.Upstream Integration: The front end connects to an automatic case erector to seal the carton bottom, and then automatically conveys the empty cartons to the case packing station.
2.Product Infeed & Arrangement: A separate production line simultaneously conveys the products for automatic alignment and arrangement.
3.Automated Case Packing: Following a preset program, the transfer module of the case packer picks up the products in multiple layers and automatically completes the case packing process.
4.Downstream Line Integration: The rear end can be seamlessly connected to an automatic case sealer, checkweigher & rejection system, real-time carton print & apply labeler, and palletizing robot to form a complete production line.
