Function introduction
- The front end is connected to an automatic case erector. After the bottom of the carton is sealed, it enters the case packing station and is positioned and secured via a side-flipping mechanism.
- Simultaneously, another production line transports the product materials for automatic collation and arrangement.
- Inner boxes are automatically conveyed, collated, and arranged. The automatic case packer stacks the inner boxes and pushes them into the outer carton to complete the packing process. Finally, the packed carton is automatically inverted and discharged.
- The rear end can be integrated with an automatic case sealer, weight-checking and rejection machine, real-time print-and-apply labeler, and palletizing robot to form a complete production line.
