Short Description:

This packaging line realizes the automatic folding and shaping of aircraft boxes, followed by manual (optional mechanical arm) automatic box loading and sealing. After the sealing is completed, three-sided corner sealing labels are automatically afxed and the boxes are conveyed to the automatic case packing machine for automatic case packing and sealing. Finally, the packaged full boxes are output.

Automatic case opening machine: It automatically completes the opening of outer packaging cartons and conveys them to the case packing machine workstatiom.

Automatic case packing machine: Automatically pack the aircraft boxes that have been flled with products into boxes as required;

Automatic carton sealing machine: After the products are packed into boxes, they are automatically conveyed to the carton sealing machine, and the sealing action is completed by automatically attaching adhesive tape.
