Custom Modular Smart Packaging Solutions
One-stop full-process solution for wire products from single spool packaging to warehouse bulk shipment
Specially developed for spooled filament products
Specialized in intelligent end-of-line packaging solutions for 3D printing filaments. Developed natively for spooled filaments instead of simply retrofitting general-purpose equipment.
We supply standalone machines and fully integrated production lines covering vacuum bagging, carton opening & closing, corner labeling and stamping, case packing, weighing and palletizing.
Our one-stop system addresses prevalent industry pain points including minor vacuum leakage, filament scratching, low manual productivity, quantity discrepancies and shipping errors, as well as defective labels. It helps filament manufacturers cut costs, reduce product losses, avoid customer complaints and achieve intelligent packaging.
Chapter 1: Automatic Packaging Production Line for 3D Printing Consumables
Feature
This fully automatic integrated back-end production line for 3D printing consumables is custom-designed exclusively for spooled filament, instead of simple retrofitting of general-purpose equipment. It realizes full-process automation in one-stop operation, including vacuum bagging for moisture proof, automatic carton unfolding, filling and labeling, case weighing, as well as robotic palletizing.

Chapter 2: Automatic Bag Sleeving and Vacuum Sealing Module
Basic functions
Problem Solved
1
2
Conventional general vacuum machines lack the smoothing function, and wrinkles are the primary cause of micro air leaks. This equipment pre-smooths the bag opening, greatly improving the consistency of sealing results.
3
It prevents incomplete sealing due to insufficient temperature and bag burning caused by excessive heat. Compatible with vacuum bags and aluminum foil bags of various thicknesses, effectively reducing packaging material waste.
4
Vacuum duration and negative pressure can be adjusted for hard reels and soft reels respectively, eliminating residual air inside bags and preventing moisture absorption of consumables due to trapped water vapor.
5
It can be connected to extrusion winding lines and weighing machines, with packaging speed matched to extrusion output capacity. It resolves the problem of fast extrusion speed lagging behind packaging efficiency and insufficient finished delivery volume.
6
Minimize aluminum foil bag waste caused by manually burnt bags, clamped materials and rework bag opening, directly cutting packaging material costs.
7
Records total output, qualified product quantity and defective product count, facilitating factory production tally and cost accounting.
Chapter 3: Automatic Box Opening, Box Sealing and Labeling Module
Basic functions
Problem Solved
1
2
Adaptive vacuum box suction mechanism greatly reduces carton damage compared with manual box opening operation.
3
Manual corner labeling often results in wrinkled and lifted labels. The machine delivers controllable precision with flat, bubble-free labels, achieving highly standardized appearance across the whole batch and elevating brand image.
4
Automatic fixed positioning guarantees excellent batch consistency, meeting major customers’ factory audit standards and warehousing specifications for cross-border e-commerce.
Chapter 4: Automatic Packing, Weighing and Palletizing Module
Basic functions
Problem Solved
1
2
The packed consumables have limited rigidity, and rough pushing may squeeze the internal vacuum bags and cause tiny leakage. Equipped with buffered pushing and limit guiding mechanisms, it effectively reduces the risk of carton extrusion and damage.
3
Manual carrying and palletizing often lead to dropped boxes and heavy compression, resulting in deformed outer cartons and air leakage of internal vacuum bags under pressure. Continuous automated conveyance avoids secondary product damage.
4
Manual packing frequently causes miscounts such as missing or extra boxes. Full inspection via dynamic weighing eradicates quantity errors at the source.
